The Constitution of the Republic Of Rwanda of 2003 revised in 2015

The Republic of Rwanda has a new Constitution in force which was published in the Official Gazette on December 24th 2015. The new Constitution came out after a referendum held on the 17th -18th December 2015.

After few days, on 21st the Rwanda National Electoral Commission announced that 98.3% of the voters elected yes, to mean that, they wanted the Constitution to be amended.
